Transformer prevent works in using:
1. Preventing oil leakage:
- Oil-immersed transformer is filled with transformer oil in the tank, which is sealed by pressing oil-resistant rubber components with fasteners in assembly.
- Imperfect sealing is the main cause of transformer oil leakage, so special attention should be paid in maintenance and maintenance.
- Whether the small bolt has been loosened by vibration or not, if loosened, it should be tightened, the tightening degree should be appropriate, and should be consistent everywhere.
- Whether the rubber is broken or seriously deformed. At this time, the rubber parts can be updated. When replacing, attention should be paid to the consistency of their models and specifications, and keep the sealing surface clean.
2. Preventing dampness of transformer:
Transformer is a high-voltage equipment, which requires good insulation performance. Oil-immersed transformer is very susceptible to damp. Preventing damp is one of the main measures to maintain transformer.
For this reason, users should pay attention to the following matters:
- after the purchase of transformers, the power supply bureau should be asked to do the hand-over test immediately;
- the humidifier should be installed immediately, and the capacity of transformers at 100 KVA and above are equipped with the humidifier.
As soon as the transformer arrives at the site, it is necessary to install a humidifier immediately to prevent the internal body from dampness. Monitor the silica gel in the moisture absorber and replace it immediately after damp. The silica gel in the moisture absorber can absorb moisture and protect transformer. After wet and saturated, the color of silica gel changes, and a new dry silica gel needs to be replaced.
When ordering, attention should be paid to minimizing the storage time of transformer before power transmission. After the transformer is manufactured, it is easy to be damped during storage. The longer the storage time, the more serious the dampness is. Therefore, the plan should be well arranged and the storage time should be shortened as far as possible.
Small transformer with capacity of 100 KVA or less, without hygroscopic device. The oil in the oil pillow is easy to get damp, and the oil pillow accumulates water. Oil in transformer oil pillow has been seriously damped if it has been stored for more than six months without power supply or has been put into operation for more than one year.
If you want to carry out lifting transportation, maintenance refueling, oil valve discharging, suspension core and other work, you should first through the oil plug under the pillow to discard the dirty oil in the pillow, and wipe and seal with a dry cloth, so as not to make the dirty oil in the pillow into the tank. In the operation of transformer, we should pay attention to the changes of oil level, oil temperature, voltage and current. If there are abnormal conditions, we should analyze and deal with them in time.
When installing transformers, it is strictly forbidden to use aluminium strands, aluminium bars, etc. to connect with copper guide rods of transformers so as to avoid corrosion of guide rods.
3. Transformer oil exchange and drying treatment:
transformer idle too long, running too long or other natural and human factors, resulting in transformer insulation decline, internal water intake or deterioration of oil quality and other phenomena, at this time must be transformer oil exchange and drying treatment.
How to change Transformer oil:
- First hang out the body, put the dirty oil and wash the tank, if there is oil dirt on the body, it should also be cleaned.
- When the body is dried, new oil is injected and all oil-resistant rubber seals are replaced.
- Only after the transformer be test, it can be connected to the power network.
Transformer drying treatment:
there are many drying methods for the body. Users can use zero-phase sequence drying method, eddy current drying method, short-circuit drying method, oven drying method and so on.
For transformers with large capacity and voltage of 35 KV, it is better to send them to manufacturers for vacuum drying. In this way, the transformer insulation can be thoroughly dried without aging.
