In some design, Corrugated Fin wall need make one or two stiffeners on the corrugated fin wall to give it more strength.

So, in transformer radiator manufacturing process, the one stiffener fin wall named ONE or SINGLE EMBOSSING CORRUGATED FIN WALL; two stiffer is DOUBLE EMBOSSING CORRUGATED FIN WALL.

This machine is composed of frame, beam column and XYZ three-axis motion control system. The X-axis is left and right motion of servo motor, the Z-axis is up and down motion of servo motor, which is digitally controlled by PLC. The Y-axis is a chain transmission for the workpiece of the lower bracket, and the power is a frequency conversion motor.
