15 Problems of Transformer Tank Painting

After assembling and welding spare parts of transformer tank, we will do surface treatment for it. The surface treatment normally is Painting and Powder coating. There are 15 problems always happen and affect the quality of   transformer tank   in the painting processes: 1.Transformer Tank Painting has Pinholes. It is caused by the air bubbles mixed in the paint film and the bursting of other bubbles, which can not be leveled before the film is dried (cured), and also by the improper treatment of the transformer tank steel sheet or coating (too thick paint film, etc.). 2.Transformer Tank Painting with Bubbling. Gases such as air or solvent vapor formed during the coating process.
