  2. Flange dia. 30mm, thickness 4mm
  3. Mounting hole dia. 5mm with dia.8mm chamfer.

  1. Cut suitable stainless steel bar to required length
  2. NC lathe to turn the pin structure
  3. Turning the flange structure, both side with chamfer
  4. CNC machine milling the flange holes
