Casting Iron is naturally weathered. The casting iron part is much heavier than the welding part. The corrugated fin forming machine is one kind of heavy machinery. The smaller vibration of the machine , the greater of cutting precision. The sensitivity of casting iron to vibration is very low, so that its cutting accuracy is improved. Casting iron has good seismic resistance, wear resistance and stability. Welding parts, especially weld positions, are easy to crack or deform. Casting iron parts have much higher resistance to internal stress than welding parts, which makes the strength and stiffness of machine tool very high, plastic deformation small, and not easy to produce deformation, so that the whole machine runs more durable and stable, thus ensuring that the corrugated fins produced does not deform and has high precision.
